Story Stream
Entrepreneur and CTO of a novel-editing product company.
Story Stream is where I applied the same architectural instincts I use with enterprise teams—intent, context, and judgment—to fiction writers. The product is deep narrative analysis (structure, reader response, theme, craft), not grammar mirroring.
It started from a simple frustration: feeding a manuscript to early LLMs produced shallow, mechanically fluent drafts that missed what makes prose work. I wanted tooling that treats a novel as a system you can reason about, without replacing the writer’s voice.
The stack routes intent and context first—discipline familiar from multi-agent production systems, sized to manuscripts and reader experience. Hundreds of writers use it today; I still lead architecture and product as CTO.
